My girls said that Evelyn made the best ribs in the world and that I had to get the recipe from her. And so I did. I have tried it a couple of time and the ribs came out mouth-watering. Here is Evelyn Chen’s famous rib recipe:
1. Rub evenly salt and black pepper on both sides of a slab
2. Cover the rib with aluminum sheet and bake at 270 degree for 2 or 2 ½ hours
3. Mix Red wine/Ketchup/sugar in a bowl-size container. Make sure the mixture is thick and sticky.
4. Take the rib out of the oven after about 2 hours and spread the red sauce over it.
5. Cover up the slab again and bake another 20/30 mins at 400 degree.
